Coggins Honda of Bennington is looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our team! We’re a group of people who genuinely enjoy working together in a fun, supportive atmosphere. Responsibilities

Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to create lifelong clients

Use consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle

Continuously learn about new Honda models, features, and technology to become a product expert

Deliver engaging, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles

Follow up with buyers to encourage repeat and referral business

Handle objections with confidence and positivity to help customers feel comfortable and informed

Communicate regularly with the Sales Manager on goals, activities, and progress

Show up with a great attitude and a willingness to be a team player every day

Qualifications

Available to work flexible hours, including weekends

Driven, self-motivated, and ready to learn

Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues

Professional appearance and demeanor

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
