Cost Controls Specialist

A company is looking for a Cost Controls and Estimating Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and validating Scopes of Work prior to acquisition

Ensure required documentation and permits are collected and filed before project kickoff

Support mid-project scope adjustments and documentation alignment

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in construction administration, permitting, or compliance coordination

Experience supporting renovations or SFR operations

Familiarity with NetVendor and SiteCapture

Understanding of construction workflows and inspection checklists

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
