• What’s the role?
• We are looking for an Integration Specialist with system integrations focus who will support our consultants as they guide and assist clients with the planning, design, build, training & implementation of our Lifelong Learning products.  The successful candidate is an energetic, empathetic, and thoughtful professional who gets things done.
• The Integration Specialist’s role is to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end-users.
• This includes interviewing stakeholders and end-users and gathering and compiling user requirements to understand how technology solutions support and satisfy their needs.

The Integration Specialist will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help the business make good technological decisions with user-centered design in mind.

Triage issues and provide advanced customer support, identifying use cases or change requests where a consultant is required.   Coordinate activities and work with cross-functional teams such as development, dev-ops, and sales.  Play a role in reviewing, updating, and improving our internal documentation, client-facing materials, and project delivery methods.  What you offer… 3 - 4 years experience of working as a Business Analyst, ideally on enterprise software implementation and system integration projects for a SaaS product in a B2B environment.  Experience working with any of the following third-party products as a subject matter expert or a technical integration consultant :

XML, JSON).  Must have ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize, re-prioritize, and think quickly on your feet.  Ability to build rapport and relationships quickly and develop trust with others.   Must be an independent, self-motivated, and high energy individual who will take charge and exercise their problem-solving skills.  Knowledge or exposure to Agile (Scrum) methodologies and experience writing requirements and user stories.  “Roll up the sleeves” mentality – proactively identifying areas of need for customers and filling those gaps to ensure project success.  Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.  Attention to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple priorities.  Collaboration and Teamwork skills :
