Salary : $16-$20 an hour / / DOE

• Prepares, produces, and bakes bagels, pastries, breads, and desserts.
• Measures or weighs flour or other ingredients to prepare batters, doughs, fillings, or etc., using scales or graduated containers.
• Maintain adequate supply of all prepared products on hand.
• Set up workstations and ingredients so that food can be prepared according to recipes.
• Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.
• Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
• Willing to train the right candidate.
