Data Intelligence, LLC is seeking Red Team Penetration Tester III to join our elite cybersecurity team. This position is fully on-site in Dam Neck, VA.

Responsibilities :
Plan, coordinate, and conduct advanced Red Team assessments against DoD systems and networksSimulate adversarial cyber tactics to evaluate defensive capabilities and system resilienceDevelop and execute realistic attack scenarios including social engineering, phishing, and lateral movementCreate custom tools and scripts to support Red Team operations and expand testing capabilitiesAnalyze complex systems and identify security vulnerabilities through manual and automated testingPrepare detailed technical reports and briefings with actionable remediation guidanceCollaborate with Blue Teams, threat intelligence, and system owners to improve cybersecurity postureStay abreast of emerging cyber threats, technologies, and best practicesQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Cyber Operations, Cyber Engineering, Information System, Information Technology, Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics with a concentration in Computer Science, or equivalent to above disciplines.Minimum 7 years' professional experiencein offensive cyber operations or penetration testing to include the following :Utilizing and developing tools such as Metasploit, NMAP, Kali Linux, and Cobalt Strike
Emulating adversary Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs)Working across Linux, Windows, and Mac OS environmentsLeveraging and attacking Active Directory infrastructuresConducting exploit developmentIdentifying gaps in current penetration testing tools and techniquesDeveloping in at least two scripting or programming languages, such as Python, C++, Java, Rust, Assembly, or C#5 years of experience may be accepted for candidates possessing a Masters Degree in a relevant field; 3 years of experience may be accepted for candidates possessing a PhD in a relevant field15 years of experience may be accepted for candidates possessing a highschool diploma; 10 years of experience may be accepted for candidates possessing an Associate's DegreeCertification Requirements :
Must have one of the following CSSP Auditor Certification :CEH
CySA+CISAGSNACFRPenTest+Must possess on or more of the following certifications :Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification
