About the Role :

We are seeking a Principal Product Designer to join our Product Design team. This role is pivotal in shaping intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences across our platform. You will own the end-to-end design process-from discovery and research to prototyping, visual design, and delivery-ensuring our products are not only functional but delightful and impactful.

As a Principal Product Designer, you are not just a craftsperson-you are a strategic thinker who understands how to translate complex systems into simple, human-centered solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about solving real user problems through thoughtful design. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional partners to drive clarity, alignment, and innovation across every stage of the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

• Lead design initiatives from discovery to delivery across multiple product surfaces.
• Translate complex systems into intuitive, elegant experiences for a diverse set of users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, define problems, and co-create solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Advocate for design excellence and user-centric thinking across the organization.
