Dealer Services Specialist

A company is looking for a Dealer Services Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

Assist potential and existing dealers with onboarding and training on program features and benefits

Handle dealer approval and denial calls, ensuring accurate information is provided during communications

Work with existing dealers to enhance business levels and program usage

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field OR 2 years of marketing or sales experience

Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software, as well as experience with Adobe Illustrator and PDF

Ability to read and interpret scientific, technical, and financial documents

Ability to respond to inquiries from customers and regulatory agencies

Ability to perform basic calculations and apply concepts of algebra and geometry
