• Upon hire : Washington Licensed Practical Nurse
• Within 30 days of hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 5 CENTER PRIMARY NURSE : Teaching Experience. Preferred Qualifications
• 1 year of LTC geriatric experience preferred.
• Experience as a staff nurse with LTC.
• Supervisory experience with nursing assistants.
• Experience with an interdisciplinary team.
• 5 CENTER PRIMARY NURSE : Three to five years direct care experience; MDS / RAI Experience. Why Join Providence?
