Position Summary

If you love managing large, complex construction projects, mentoring others, and are passionate about safety, we have an opportunity for you as a Project Manager. In this role, you will work on exciting, multi-million dollar commercial MEP projects, developing skills in estimating, financials, and project management within the design-build construction process. You will be working on a project site with projects currently in Chandler, Goodyear, and the Northern Phoenix Valley.

What You'll Do

• Oversee large MEP construction projects, managing personnel, contract compliance, planning, scheduling, safety, and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with field teams, project stakeholders, general contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Apply LEAN principles to deliver value and improve project processes.
• Manage project financials to ensure profitability.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Mentor Project Engineers and prepare them for advancement.
• Plan and coordinate all project phases from start to finish.
