Cloud Service Desk Analyst

Job Title : Service Cloud Architect (Solution / Technical Architect) Location : Remote Overview We are seeking an experienced Service Cloud Architect who can play both a hands-on and leadership role. The ideal candidate is a strong Solution / Technical Architect with the ability to design end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud solutions and guide teams in implementing them. Prior hands-on development experience is highly preferred to ensure the architect can provide solid technical direction and set a strong foundation for the project.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud, with a strong focus on Case Management (regional or global rollouts).
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance Service Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to development, configuration, and QA teams.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical design documents including process flows, data models, integration specifications, and solution architecture.
• Ensure design integrity throughout the implementation lifecycle and guide teams to build according to architectural standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to validate requirements and solution feasibility.
• Conduct reviews of configuration, customizations, integrations, and code to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and assist teams with solutioning challenges.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, capabilities, and best practices to improve solution quality.
