Join the State of Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Home, where you'll step into a role as a Social Worker 2 employee that combines social service and excellence with genuine care for those who served. This position serves as a Case Manager for skilled and intermediate care for Medicare veterans. You will assist veterans and their family members through admissions and financial affairs, as well as assisting the Social Service staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Possession of a current Louisiana license to practice as a Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW) or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) plus :
A master's degree in social work followed by one year of social services experience.
