Production Manufacturing Engineer (US-SBG (108), US)

Position Summary :

• Support daily production by ensuring that the plant is achieving posted Key Performance Indicator goals (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Efficiency, etc.).

When below target, conduct Root Cause Problem Solving analysis and establish / implement permanent counter measures.

Continuous Improvement mindset recognizing that all processes can be improved is required.

Responsibility / Duties :

Troubleshoot complex electromechanical automated assembly systems through PLC logic, mechanical drawings, and / or electrical schematics.

Identify and support NORMA Group Continuous Improvement projects through Kaizans, 5-S initiatives, SMEDs, Value Stream Mapping, and Employee Suggestion Program.

Reporting Responsibilities : This position reports to the operations Engineering Manager.
