Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role :

• Manage manufacturing and / or production operations, which may include assembly, machinery, processing, or packaging
• Set production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, material supply, staffing resources, and required volume to meet demand and maintain high standards of quality and quantity.
• Develop, design and plan equipment and machine layouts, workflow, and safety precautions to maximize utilization of plant and manufacturing facilities.
• Ensure compliance with established international safety and design standards and guidelines
• Evaluate employee productivity and recommends improvements to increase team efficiency and operating performance, reduce waste and delays, and promote cost control / reductions.
• Develop metrics to measure plant and equipment capacity output, and identifies equipment and process flow bottlenecks.
• Establish accident prevention measures, and plans and schedules training programs for team members concerning all phases of production operation.
• Ensure year-to-year productivity gain : identifies, fosters, and manages the implementation of productivity projects at manufacturing sites.
• Lead automation and operating teams at sites for the development and implementation of standardized automation software and hardware, and implements optimized working procedures for non-automated areas.

Minimum of $ 60,300 salary per year

Maximum of $ 82,900 salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
