An individual contributor role focused on monthly P&L analysis, budget coordination, annual & long-term planning, variance investigation versus forecasts and prior-year results, and conducting financial simulations to support key executive decisions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly P&L reports by compiling and analyzing variances against plan and prior-year results, supporting the FP&A Manager in identifying key trends and developing actionable insights
- Coordinate budget inputs and updates across departments; consolidate data to support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes led by senior finance staff
- Provide analytical support in the development of the company’s annual and multi-year financial plans, including scenario modeling under the guidance of the FP&A Manager
- Perform detailed variance analysis on revenue, expenses, and key performance metrics to help explain business drivers and support executive-level reporting
- Build and maintain financial models to support ad hoc analysis and simulation requests from the FP&A team, enabling data-driven decision-making by management
- Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data used in reporting and planning
- Prepare materials and reports used in business performance reviews and financial presentations, working closely with the FP&A Manager
- Assist with ongoing process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing financial reporting efficiency and insight generation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field1–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accountingStrong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with formulas, pivot tables, and chartsAbility to interpret financial data and present findings in a clear, concise format to support management decisionsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working in a cross-functional environmentPreferred Qualifications

Pay Scale : $105k - $115K (DOE) annually + eligible for an annual bonus
