We are seeking a Senior UX Designer who combines strong hands-on design skills with a proven ability to execute. The ideal candidate can take concepts from idea to delivery with speed and precision, ensuring that solutions are well-conceived and effectively implemented. The role contributes to discussions, influences direction, and helps shape our design culture. As the organization grows, there will be opportunities to mentor others and take on broader leadership responsibilities. This role will be onsite in our Teaneck, NJ office.

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact :

• Lead end-to-end design activities, from research and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs on time, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, business unit managers, and engineering to define requirements and translate them into effective user experiences.
• Participate in usability testing and field validation to confirm designs meet real-world needs.
• Evolve and maintain a consistent design system that supports scalability across products.

Compensation : UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with New Jersey state law on salary transparency in job advertisements. The base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $140,000 . Actual salaries depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and needs. This range does not include bonuses or other compensation or benefits.
