Job Title : Clerk - Administrative & Filing Support

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, accounts payable (AP) support, and physical file management. The Clerk will spend part of the day standing to organize box files and the other half performing AP invoice processing and general office duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry for invoices and records.
- Organize and maintain box files and filing systems.
- Assist with AP invoice review , coding, and approvals.
- Ensure proper GL account coding for AP transactions .
- Complete administrative tasks such as scanning, labeling, and document tracking.
- Lift and move boxes weighing up to 20 lbs as part of filing duties.
- Support the finance team with AP check cycle and related processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role.Familiarity with AP processes and invoice handling preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting and standing for part of the day).Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems.Work Environment
Split between desk work and physical filing tasks.Requires ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
