Responsibilities

The Certified Nursing Assistant in the Subacute Unit is an unlicensed assistive person who assists with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to non-critical patients, and assists in maintenance of a safe environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and / or unit.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience :

• Current BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate, preferred.
• Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred.
• Minimum six months experience in an acute care hospital.

Pay Transparency : Encino Hospital Medical Center offers competitive compensation and the current compensation range for this role is $21.00 to $36.37. Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and / or the employment status.
