We are looking for a dedicated physician to lead our Foot and Ankle Service as Section Chief. This role requires strong clinical expertise, leadership, and commitment to our mission.

Position Description

Department : Orthopedics

Reporting to : Chairman, Department of Orthopedic Surgery

Position Purpose : The Chief of the Foot and Ankle Service oversees the effective operation of the division, including administrative and medical practice management, resident and fellow education, and achievement of board priorities.

The Chief supports and promotes the mission, core values, and policies of BILH and always aligns with our vision.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide educational programs for residents and fellows.
• Participate in FPPE and OPPE evaluations.
• Evaluate service line quality metrics.
• Participate in educational programs conducted by BILH and other relevant accrediting bodies.
• Serve on relevant committees of BILH’s Medical Staff.
• Attend required monthly departmental meetings.
