Service Agreement Administrator

Heartland is looking for a Service Agreement Administrator to join our team! We're an industry-leading mobile device solutions integrator. We provide our clients with a portfolio of award-winning products and services, and decades of experience simplifying and optimizing mobile workforces.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to support our Operations team. This role is essential in managing Heartland and manufacturer service agreements, assisting with onboarding, supporting sales contracts, and ensuring operational processes run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be a key point of contact for both internal teams and external customers, helping to provide responsive, problem-solving support every day.

What You'll Do :

• Prepare, coordinate, and execute legal business documents including MSAs, NDAs, Statements of Work, and amendments.
• Manage Heartland and Manufacturer agreements, ensuring compliance with established terms.
• Support internal and external customer inquiries, including agreement status, add to contracts, and reporting.
• Assist with agreement maintenance of contract renewals, documentation, quote information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
• Monitor contracts, reconcile inventory, investigate discrepancies, and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and assist in implementing new tools and efficiencies.
