About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships & Product Solution Design to play a pivotal role in the next phase of its growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that expand the company's presence in the healthcare ecosystem. This includes leading the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new customer segments, building and managing strategic partnerships with various stakeholders, and designing customer-centric health and wellness solutions. The role demands a growth-minded leader with a deep understanding of the healthcare and benefits landscape, a proven track record in partnership development, and the ability to shape the company's future through innovative, market-relevant offerings. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or growth leadership, with a strong focus on the healthcare or benefits sector. The ideal candidate will have a robust network and a successful history of building partnerships across employer, payer, and broker channels. A deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including government programs, commercial payers, and employer-sponsored benefits, is essential. The role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive the design of integrated health and wellness solutions. An MBA or equivalent experience in strategy, business development, or health administration is a plus, and experience in early-stage or high-growth environments is preferred.
