We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Baristas to join our team and contribute to creating a positive and inviting atmosphere. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Description : As a Barista at Alberta Street Coffee, you will play a key role in ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, handling transactions, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the café. You will work closely with your team to foster a friendly and engaging environment that reflects our commitment to quality and community.

Requirements :

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to our recipes and standards.
• Operate coffee machines and equipment efficiently, maintaining quality and consistency in every drink.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately, providing correct change and processing payments promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, and seating areas.
• Replenish inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
• Assist with baking and food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, as required.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures. (Oregon Food Handlers Card required for this role)
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations and a friendly, cooperative work environment.
