Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for hourly and salaried roles
Collaborate with Plant Managers and HR to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
Develop high-volume recruiting strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing or high-volume environments
Ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels
Familiarity with recruiting metrics and performance optimization
