IT Administrator

Modern Hydrogen is seeking an IT Administrator to join our General and Administration team based in Woodinville.

• As the IT Administrator, you will manage all aspects of our IT ecosystem, ensuring seamless operations & support balanced with security & compliance.  Essential Duties & Responsibilities :    Manage all IT functions at Modern Hydrogen, including hardware, software, and services   Help develop and execute strategic plans for the IT department aligned with Modern Hydrogen’s IT and business goals   Provide high-quality and timely technical support, resolving issues through effective troubleshooting with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service   Ensure the security of our systems complies with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements (ISO 27001) and industry best practices   Implement and optimize IT processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction   Administer company SaaS and cloud resources, especially Microsoft 365, NetSuite and other applications used company-wide   Administer other IT tasks including engineering software support, hardware, networking, and conference room maintenance, and laptop and server administration   Manage vendors and contractors to ensure all IT projects and tasks are fulfilled in a timely manner   Other duties as assigned  Supervisory Responsibilities : None.  Required Qualifications :   Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar field   5+ years of experience in information technology administration and security   Experience in Windows system administration for businesses   Knowledge of IT tasks including secure networking, Linux system administration, hardware and software management   Ability to identify, select, and manage vendors for IT tasks   Interest in overseeing our entire IT ecosystem, including rapidly learning new technologies the company requires, and identifying solutions to new business challenges   Ability to work independently in a fast-paced R&D environment   Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g.
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint), as well as chat and teleconferencing applications (e.g.
