Description :

We are seeking a Home Health RN responsible for the care of patients in their homes.

The qualified candidate will have 2 years of experience in conducting OASIS assessments and care planning for in-home patients.

This role includes participation in a call rotation for nights and weekends, approximately one in four.

Scheduled shifts are during the day, Monday through Friday.

This position offers flexibility with 32-40 hours of work per week.

Holiday coverage is required.
