Essential Job Duties
- Controlling pests in a variety of accounts
- Physically inspecting a variety of structures to determine the presence of pests, evaluate the severity of infestations and the degree of structural damage
- Interfacing directly with homeowners, homebuyers, and their agents about the work to be conducted.
- Creating diagrams and graphs showing the type, degree, and location of infestations.
- Performing creative sales solicitations and providing estimates.
- Coordinating activities with other technicians and office staff.
- Figuring out job costs and estimating work time.
- Receiving and properly accounting for company funds collected during business activities.
- Submitting all paperwork and collections daily.
- Performing other administrative tasks at the supervisor's direction, including ordering equipment and supplies, compiling, and submitting a variety of reports, and calling clients regarding reservices and stopped service.
- Maintain company issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times.
- Ensures company procedures, state & federal laws are followed to ensure the safety of themselves, our clients, and the public.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and work environment.
- Attending and actively taking part in all meetings
- Other duties as assigned
General Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Have and keep a valid driver's license
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to read, speak, and write the English language.
- Bi-lingual is a plus.
