Hilton Atlanta and Towers is seeking an Assistant Director of Security to join their Security team. Hilton Atlanta, located in Downtown Atlanta, near I-75, and within six blocks of attractions, including Centennial Olympic Park and the Georgia Aquarium, has 1,249 rooms and suites, 131,730 square feet of meeting space, including three ballrooms, two terraces, and 51 meeting rooms.

Ideal candidates for this position will have five years in security, with leadership experience managing teams, hotel industry background preferred, skilled in investigations and report writing, and experience training staff on security and strong de-escalation skills.

Shift Pattern : Full flexibility with schedules over weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What Will I Be Doing?

As an Assistant Director of Security, you would be responsible for assisting and acting in the Director's absence to oversee and implement all safety and security programs and initiatives to ensure the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property.
