Remediation Manager
The BD Field Action Remediation Team, which is part of Solution Deployment, is responsible for remediating Pyxis devices on schedule per our commitments to our customers and Quality / Regulatory requirements. The team consists of Remediation Deployment Specialists, Field Service Technicians, Customer Planners, and Project Managers who work together to remediate Pyxis devices in accordance with our Quality and Regulatory requirements, meeting or exceeding our customers' expectations. The Remediation Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Remediation Deployment Specialists and / or Field Service Technicians.
This will include management of the team, driving operational efficiencies into the remediation process, and removing roadblocks to ensure remediation work is progressing on pace to meet the remediation timelines. Additionally, the Remediation Manager will be responsible for meeting with customers, addressing any concerns / escalations, and helping to establish remediation plans that meet customer expectations. This function is a critical component of the team's ability to drive operational effectiveness and meet our commitments to the business.
The position has a three-year duration, with an anticipated end date of Sept 30, 2028.
