The acquisition brings a truckload brokerage and expanded transportation management solutions to Roadtex's customers while providing Echo with our national warehouse footprint and advanced temperature-controlled transportation solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently input various types of data, including but not limited to, shipping manifests, customer information, driver logs, and financial records into designated databases and software applications.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before and after entry, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
• Assist with data cleanup projects and ensure data consistency across multiple platforms.
• Generate basic reports and summaries from entered data as requested.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve data-related issues.
• Adhere to company data privacy policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
