Youll help drive performance through financial planning, cost control, and meaningful analysisturning data into decisions that move the business forward.This role is ideal for someone who loves being close to operations, influencing decisions, and helping teams understand the story behind the numbers.________________________________________What Youll DoPartner with manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to guide financial performance.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis processes.Develop and maintain product cost standards, capital budgets, and inventory controls.Analyze plant financials, identify trends, and recommend improvements.Present financial insights and reports to leadership to support strategic decision-making.Support compliance with GAAP and internal controls.Build financial awareness across the plant through education and training.________________________________________What Were Looking ForBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA preferred.5+ years of accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory control, and GAAP.ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel proficiency.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.A hands-on, collaborative approach with the ability to influence and drive results.________________________________________Why Hyperion?At Hyperion Solutions, our people are our most valuable asset.
