The Office of University Advancement is seeking to hire an experienced Development Associate (Temp).

WHAT WILL YOU DO :

This position provides administrative support to the Director of Donor Relations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :

Scheduling and calendar maintenance

Inbox maintenance

Travel and expense management

Donor relations file system maintenance

Donor Relations inbox maintenance, organization, responsiveness.

Ascend Database maintenance including updating donor information, event registration, and basic reporting.

Ordering and maintaining event supplies, promotional items, donor gifts.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor's and two years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience.

Preferred Requirements :

MS Office suite proficiency, including Office 365 / Sharepoint / Onedrive.

Written and verbal communication skills, including handwritten communication.

High adaptability with new technological platforms used to conduct business.

Adobe suite and / or Canva experience.

Salesforce experience or comparable data entry / management.
