LHH is partnering with a client in Trinity searching for a Customer Service Representative to join their team! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 and will be direct hire with a full benefits package paying $20-21 / hr. B2B customer service / account management experience required for this role!
Responsibilities :
Answer incoming calls and emails regarding new and existing orders
Manage order lifecycle for assigned client accounts
Receive and enter new orders and verify specifications
Communicate with internal inventory, purchasing and production departments
Track orders via open order report
Provide updates on delayed lead times, inventory shortages, and / or issues while in transit
Qualifications :
Must have B2B customer service experience
Furniture experience strongly preferred, manufacturing / distribution industry experience required
ERP experience required
Must have strong communication skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
