About Our Client :

Addison Group is hiring an HR Business Partner on behalf of our client. This role is designed for a hands-on HR professional who can build scalable processes, partner with leadership, and strengthen organizational culture during times of change.

Job Description :

The HR Business Partner will evaluate existing HR processes, develop solutions to improve efficiency and compliance, and act as a trusted advisor to leadership. This role requires resilience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance day-to-day HR operations with long-term strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess current HR policies and programs, then design and implement improvements.
• Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
• Partner with managers and executives to address workforce planning, employee relations, and performance issues.
• Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement, morale, and workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and update policies as needed.
• Support change management initiatives to help employees adapt to new processes and systems.
• Establish accountability measures across the organization to ensure consistency in HR practices.
