Pediatrician - Full-Time (32 hours) Opportunity in Thriving Stockton Practice

Pediatric Associates of Stockton, a well-established and physician-owned practice, is seeking a motivated and compassionate full-time Pediatrician (4 days / week - 32 hours) to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, outpatient care to a diverse patient population. Our team of 4 MDs and 3 NPs works together to deliver comprehensive pediatric care. Full-time, 4-day work week , Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM.

Average 20-25 patients per physician per day,

Diverse patient population from birth to 21 years old.

Home-call only. No hospital or nursery call.

$260,000 Salary + Signing Bonus + Relocation . (Productivity-based compensation structure with income guarantee potential.)

Vacation, malpractice coverage, health insurance, retirement matching. (Not currently able to sponsor H1-B or J-1 visas.)

Job Requirements

Successful completion of an ACGME accredited residency training program

Board-eligible / board-certified in pediatric medicine

CA license

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric care principles

Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Pay Range

$124.00 - $125.00 / hour
