Job Title : Contracts Counsel (Remote, U.S. Based) Pay Rate : $60–$75 / hour DOE Employment Type : Full-Time W2 Contract-to-Hire Are you a licensed legal professional with expertise in commercial contracts in the tech and software sector? LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Contracts Counsel to join a dynamic team supporting a leading provider of professional development and online continuing education solutions. You’ll play a key role in managing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including federal contracts and SaaS licensing transactions. Key Responsibilities

• Independently draft, review, redline, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements, licensing deals, and IT-related transactions.
• Lead and support RFP preparation and response processes.
• Navigate federal contracting requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline contract workflows and mitigate risk.
• Provide legal guidance on agreements involving learning management systems, AI, and technology platforms serving the education and training sectors.

Pay Details : $60.00 to $75.00 per hour
