Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative (11am - 7pm or 12noon - 8pm)
LHH Recruiting is assisting our client in Phoenix, AZ to hire on a contract to permanent basis a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and support via phone, email, and live chat.
This role offers flexibility with two shift options : 11am - 7pm or 12noon - 8pm. Whether you're an early riser or prefer a later start, we have a schedule that suits your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, billing questions, and general support issues
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams when necessary
- Provide proactive follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and company policies to effectively assist customers
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates
Qualifications :
- Fluent in Spanish
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems preferred
- Flexibility to work either 11am - 7pm or 12noon - 8pm shifts as needed
