Your role at Sephora...

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will focus on the core functions of network and security support, engineering : planning, implementation, analysis, maintenance, administration and reporting for the Retail and Corporate environment. Reporting to the Director, Network Engineering, you will be required to apply solid technical, business, and problem-solving skills and create productive relationships with business units and internal IT teams.

Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the business and application owners on design, troubleshooting, support, and documentation of new application deployment and enhancements
• Continuous design and configuration improvements of Network technologies and processes Engineer / Support Retail and Corporate buildings / floors
• Engineer application and network designs to ensure compliance with corporate security policies and security best practices
• Manage and maintain network and security documentation through collaborative applications
• Operations Support and Escalations. Provide technical expertise in business initiatives and projects
• Create end-to-end project tasks and expect to be accountable for entire project completion
• Manage and lead internal IT initiatives and projects from other groups
• Configure and install network and security related hardware and software
• Perform internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures which includes internal penetration and vulnerability scans
• Deliver process and troubleshooting improvements through automation and GenAI

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,930.00- $167,700.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
