Implementation Program Manager

To support this company-wide transformation weve created a new, rapidly growing Direct Supply Chain organization, and are looking for an experienced, passionate professional to join us and help guide our path forward.

You will operate at the intersection of Strategy, Operations and Project Management as we roll our Direct Supply Chain strategy out to each of our 11 Divisions. You will operate in what is a start-up function within our organization.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to take on a real challenge and be part of redefining how things are done in our organization and industry, while working with a very strong, experienced, newly formed team.

To perform this job successfully, an Associate must be able to execute each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required. • 2-4 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, Operations, Supply Chain or related start up.
• Seasoned and talented generalist (ideally with 1+ years at a top tier consulting firm). If you have some Supply Chain industry experience, thats a bonus!
• Dedicated, and you thrive on getting it done and taking ownership over your work.
• Exceptionally good at hearing the signal through the noise, and can synthesize key themes, pick up and understand concepts rapidly, and communicate what you are hearing in a way that is clear, simple, and easy for others to follow.
• Are energized from identifying solutions when only abstract / ambiguous information is available, you can skillfully manage multiple initiatives in parallel, and you enjoy diving in and being hands on with the work.
• An agile thinker with a strong ability to pivot when needed, unblock challenges, and keep a process moving forward bonus if you are adept at guiding others forward through change as well.
• Possess a superpower ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in written, spoken, and visual formats, including a demonstrated ability to structure messages for impact, make clear and concise asks, and know how to efficiently frame information to meet the needs of Senior Leadership.
• Take pride in your analytical and modeling skills, and are very proficient with Excel.
• You feel confident, fluent, and skillful in researching, selecting, and deploying best practices in your relevant field.
• Are organized, thoughtful, and detail-oriented.
• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative pattern recognition to identify opportunities.
• Can create and apply frameworks to diagnose problems and move discussions forward.
