Job description
A company is looking for a Director, 340B Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Influence strategy and execution across a dynamic portfolio of healthcare clients
Deliver expert guidance on 340B program optimization, compliance, and performance
Own project outcomes, including regulatory oversight, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy
Holds a Pharmacist license in good standing or has direct pharmacy operations oversight experience in a 340B covered entity
5+ years of recent hospital pharmacy leadership experience with 340B
Experience analyzing 340B operations and making recommendations for improvements
Expert knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations related to 340B
