Behavior Technician (Part-Time) :

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities? Join our dedicated team as a Behavior Technician! In this role, you will collaborate closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement customized treatment plans that promote positive behaviors and support client development.
What You Can Expect :
- Engaging in 1 : 1 therapy with clients in home and community settings.
- Executing individualized ABA treatment plans crafted by a qualified BCBA.
- Recording and tracking data on client progress and behaviors to ensure effective treatment.
- Contributing to the creation of behavior intervention strategies.
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance your skills.
- Fostering positive and supportive relationships with clients and their families.
- Upholding ethical standards as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Qualifications :
Your Ideal Qualifications :
