We're Hiring : Community Outreach Coordinator – Boulder County

Expand is looking for a compassionate, people-oriented Community Outreach Coordinator to help grow our presence in Boulder County and beyond. This role is about building real, lasting connections with therapists, treatment centers, educational consultants, and other community partners—so we can reach more individuals who benefit from hands-on, real-world support.

💼 In This Role, You’ll :

• Develop and nurture referral relationships with therapists, programs, and professionals
• Represent Expand at events, conferences, and local meetings
• Identify new partnership opportunities and generate qualified leads
• Support marketing efforts through newsletters and creative outreach
• Deliver presentations and community education around our mission
• Track outreach activities and share insights with our team
• Collaborate closely with internal staff to align efforts across services
• Travel throughout Boulder County, Denver, and for occasional conferences
