Job descriptionRepresent the employer during surgical procedures, ensuring necessary equipment and products are available and providing technical support Manage patients through all phases of the clinical process and educate them on product features and benefits Provide clinical support in surgeries, troubleshooting, and follow-ups in hospitals and clinics Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on products and therapies Collaborate with sales representatives to achieve business goals and document activities High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or an Associate's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience; or a Bachelor's degree Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy Ability to function using healthcare universal precautions to minimize exposure to infectious disease and radiation Capability to work efficiently and autonomously with little direction outside of clinical events Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and wear protective gear for extended periods during clinical events Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field Experience with implantable neurological products and patient care Experience in servicing medical personnel on product use Clinical experience in specialty areas such as neurology, neurosurgery, or pain management Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
