Research Director

A company is looking for a Research Director / Principal Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of complex research projects on K-12 education topics

Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with financial and operational policies

Develop and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and ensure satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or a postgraduate degree, or equivalent relevant experience

Extensive experience in designing and conducting research studies in the K-12 education domain

5 years of progressive experience in leading research or consultancy projects related to K-12 education

Deep knowledge of K-12 education topics, particularly in school finance and policy

Experience in grant writing and building educational products is a plus
