ABOUT DUCK DUCK GOAT : Chef Stephanie Izard brings her version of reasonably authentic Chinese food to Chicago's West Loop. Duck Duc k Goat features hand-pulled noodles, house-made dumplings, wontons, spring rolls, and more, ensuring no diner leaves hungry—or without takeout for tomorrow. The restaurant space represents an “ everytown Chinatown”— a dreamlike version of the stores and shops found in all quintessential American Chinatowns.
LINE COOK’S RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
- Cooking dishes while following recipes
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen
- Opening or closing the kitchen
- Upholding the standards of Stephanie Izard and Boka Restaurant Group QUALIFICATIONS :
- Hardworking
- High volume kitchen experience
- Food handlers' certification
- Flexible schedule
This is an ideal position for someone who is dedicated to gaining knowledge and experience in a fast-paced, creative atmosphere. We are searching for hard-working individuals with a great attitude who are enthusiastic and eager to learn!
