Industrial Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Project Manager to lead a complex industrial lighting retrofit project in the Seattle area. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong coordination, communication, and safety oversight in a dynamic industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical systems and lighting, and a proven track record of managing union electrical contractors. Salary : $100-$150K

Skills and Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in industrial or construction settings.
• Proven ability to manage union labor and navigate labor relations effectively.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Willingness to work graveyard shifts and be physically present on-site daily.
• Electrical experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with lighting systems is a plus.
