Job description
A company is looking for a Senior ESOP Administration Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of engagement including recordkeeping, compliance testing, distributions, and regulatory reporting
Maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients
Interpret documents and resolve technical problems related to ESOP administration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, or Economics
10+ years of experience in ESOP administration, including compliance testing
Strong technical knowledge of ESOPs and qualified retirement plans
Possession or pursuit of QPA or QKA certification is highly desirable
Experience in ESOP plan review and advanced Excel skills
