We are hiring a Regional Vice President – Telco, Media, and Technology (TMT) to lead and grow the regional enterprise sales team and footprint.

The RVP will report to an AVP and lead Enterprise Account Executives in their geographic territory, expand Anaplan’s footprint with existing customers, and build new relationships with prospects. The ideal candidate has built and led sales teams, a track record of closing revenue in software, and experience mentoring direct reports. This role requires expertise in positioning business value, selling enterprise software, managing complex sales cycles, and building relationships with stakeholders in large organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and manage the activities of the Enterprise Account Executives to exceed revenue goals and objectives
  • Close current-quarter deals while nurturing longer-term opportunities
  • Lead weekly and monthly pipeline reviews, meetings, and training sessions to share best practices
  • Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closing deals to achieve above-quota results
  • Attract, hire, onboard, and retain top sales talent
  • Demonstrate a detailed understanding of business needs and revenue potential for Enterprise accounts in the assigned region

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of enterprise software sales leadership experience, with success selling to C-level executives
  • Proven ability to influence, develop, and empower a team to achieve objectives
  • Experience presenting SaaS / cloud-based solutions for Finance, Sales / Sales Operations, and Workforce Management
  • Strong record of exceeding sales quotas in complex sales environments
  • Experience in regional and account-level territory management and planning
  • Expertise in teaching and mentoring joint enterprise software sales methodologies, including MEDDICC
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's or Advanced Degree
  • Preferred Skills

  • EPM, BI, or ERP experience
  • Success selling into Finance lines of business
  • MBA
  • Base Salary Range

    $171,000—$232,000 USD
