Job Description :
This is an on-site position.
Maintains and secures the organization's IT infrastructure within a Microsoft 365 GCC-High environment, including cloud services, networks, and communication systems. Follows and enforces IT policies, procedures, and standards aligned with federal cybersecurity frameworks such as Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) and NIST 800-171R2. Oversees IT operations, ensures compliance, and supports secure service delivery for federal contracts.

Responsibilities :
An IT Administrator monitors and maintains the organization's existing server, network, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Active Directory, virtualization platforms, firewalls, and collaboration tools). They ensure maximum system uptime and performance and execute security policies and procedures, including managing user access, implementing patch management, and monitoring systems for vulnerabilities and security incidents. In addition, they assist in ensuring compliance with data integrity and security standards. They actively participate in the implementation of new IT systems, hardware upgrades, and software rollouts, including testing, documentation, and user training. They provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support by diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues. They develop and maintain detailed documentation for IT configurations, processes, troubleshooting guides, and system disaster recovery procedures. An IT Administrator manages the IT asset inventory and actively coordinates with vendors for procurement, licensing, and support issues under the guidance of a senior manager. Finally, they assist in researching and recommending new technologies or process improvements to align the IT infrastructure with defined business objectives.

Clearance Required :
Applicants must have at least an active Secret clearance and be able to obtain a clearance at the TS / SCI level. Preference will be given to those who have an active TS / SCI clearance. Applicants must be able to submit documentation establishing U.S. Person status upon hiring. All ISA employees are required to uphold and maintain trustworthiness and suitability requirements of the U.S. federal government.

Salary at ISA is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The salary range for this position varies dependent on years of experience, relevant certifications and education. Salary is just one component of ISA's total compensation package for employees.
