Role

Counsel position supporting all activities across fund formation and management, portfolio company support and regulatory guidance in the digital asset space. Reports to Assistant General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fund formation and management for venture and hedge fund strategies
• Provide regulatory guidance on digital asset investments and compliance
• Draft and negotiate investment agreements and transaction documents
• Advise blockchain / crypto portfolio companies on various legal matters
• Monitor and interpret evolving crypto regulations
