A company is looking for a PIMS Helpdesk & Data Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide front-line support for PIMS-related inquiries and issues, including ticket triage and resolution
Assist with data validation during PIMS conversions and perform quality checks on migrated data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot workflow issues and support system updates
Required Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in a helpdesk, support, or healthcare operations role
Prior experience with veterinary or healthcare PIMS is strongly preferred
Experience with data migration, validation, or system implementation projects is an asset
Strong understanding of PIMS functionality and workflows
Familiarity with helpdesk / ticketing systems
