The Boeing Company is looking for a Defense Procurement Financial Analyst (PFA)Cost Analyst (Associate or Experienced) located in Hazelwood, MO or Mesa, AZ. As a part of the Defense PFA team, you would support the development of the negotiation positions for the procurement of goods and services by conducting cost / price analysis of supplier proposals. PFAs provide support for the U.S. Government (USG), Foreign Military Sale (FMS), and Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) type contracts across multiple programs and platforms. Quantitative and statistical methods are used to correlate, compile and analyze supplier cost and non-cost data.

Position Responsibilities

• Analyze supplier proposals to determine a fair and reasonable price position
• Conduct cost / price analyses using statistical tools, market trend data and parametric models
• Substantiate cost estimates and lead supplier and customer negotiations
• Foster cross functional collaboration with Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory agency requirements
• Develop and improve cost analysis templates and tools
• Demonstrate communication and presentation skills needed
• Provide support for travel if needed

Summary pay range (Associate, Level 2) : $66,300 89,700

Summary pay range (Experienced, Level 3) : $84,150 $113,850
